Returns are accepted without question! Our goal first and foremost is to help you get the replacement parts you need to get your front load washing machine up and running again as quickly as possible. If for any reason, you do not need the parts that we send you then you may send them back for a refund. If we receive the returns within 30 days of the purchase then we will process a full refund less a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees. If we receive the returns after 30 days from the purchase then we will process a full refund less a 30% restocking fee and shipping fees. Returns sent longer than 6 months from the purchase date are accepted without a refund.
If Paypal is used to process the order, then Paypal rules for refunds may supersede this policy and in such case, we are required to accept Paypal policies.
